We’re seeking a Property Management Field Officer to support our busy team by conducting all out-of-office appointments, including final and routine inspections, ingoing condition reports, and open homes.

Your Day-to-Day

Conduct routine and final inspections with confidence and accuracy

Report on property conditions using our digital software

Attend opens, key handovers, and other essential site-based tasks

Liaise with tenants and rental providers, representing our brand professionally

Support the property managers to keep operations running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

A current driver’s license and a reliable vehicle

Strong communication and attention to detail

Self-motivation and a proactive attitude

Experience in real estate or property preferred (but not essential)

A desire to grow your career in the industry

Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
