About the Company
We are a rapidly growing dairy and nutritional powder manufacturer with both branded and OEM product lines, serving domestic and export markets. To strengthen our supply chain efficiency, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Officer & Inventory Controller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving Management: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, labelling, and recording incoming raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Ensure records match delivery and shipment documents.
Inventory Data Management: Accurately record all stock movements (inbound, outbound, internal transfer, adjustments, disposal, etc.) in CIN7 inventory system; ensure alignment between physical stock and system data.
Stock Monitoring & Traceability: Track inventory levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods. Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates, and storage conditions to ensure food safety and traceability compliance.
Stocktake & Reconciliation: Assist in regular stocktakes (daily, monthly, quarterly, annually), investigate variances, and support finance and quality teams in completing reconciliations.
Warehouse Layout & 5S: Maintain clear zoning, proper labelling, and logical storage to enhance picking efficiency and operational safety. Ensure warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized.
Document Control & Record Keeping: Complete and archive documents (e.g. goods receipt, delivery notes, transfer forms, stock adjustment records) to ensure clarity and traceability for audits.
Compliance & Safety Operations: Strictly follow food safety and OH&S regulations and company procedures. Report safety hazards, near misses, or inventory anomalies promptly to management.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics teams to support raw material supply, urgent replenishment, finished goods dispatch, and stock coordination.
System Support & Problem Solving: Identify and escalate system or physical inventory issues. Assist with stock adjustments, material reclassification, and BOM corrections.
Other Duties: Carry out other warehouse or inventory-related tasks as assigned by management based on operational needs.
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in warehouse or inventory roles in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
Familiarity with CIN7, SAP, or other ERP inventory systems
High attention to detail, accountability, and strong execution
Team-oriented with strong communication skills across departments
Knowledge of food safety, warehouse safety, and OH&S requirements
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude
Language Requirements
Mandarin & English bilingual proficiency is required
Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both languages, especially for documentation and internal coordination
