About Us

As the Activity Hub Program Coordinator, you’ll lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of engaging, goal-oriented activities for NDIS participants across both centre-based and community settings.

You'll collaborate closely with participants, families, and support networks to ensure each program is tailored, inclusive, and outcome-driven — while also leading a team of dedicated support staff.

Key Responsibilities

Design Person-Centred Programs that reflect each participant’s goals, preferences, culture, and needs.

Develop and oversee structured activities with clear objectives and outcomes to facilitate skill development and social engagement.

Develop Rosters and schedules that are in line with the core objectives and Schedules of Support in accordance to applicable budgets

Oversee Activity Planning and scheduling in line with budgets, Support Schedules, and measurable outcomes.

Lead Risk Assessments and implement proactive safety and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure Compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and internal quality systems.

Support & Supervise Staff, providing training, coaching, and performance management.

Engage Stakeholders including families, carers, and external providers to maintain program relevance and participant satisfaction.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications & Checks

Minimum Cert IV in Disability

Current First Aid Certificate

Valid Driver’s Licence

NDIS Worker Screening Check

Working with Children Check

Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Modules

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience in NDIS program coordination or similar role

Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards

Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support and Trauma-Informed Care

Ability to develop structured, measurable activity plans

Experience working with diverse populations, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities

Proficiency in CRM systems (ShiftCare preferred) and Microsoft Office
