We’re on the lookout for a mechanically minded and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team in Yatala, QLD. In this vital role, you’ll be the main point of contact for customers, coordinating service operations and ensuring timely and effective support. What will you be doing?

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries
• Scheduling and coordinating service jobs and technician workloads
• Managing service documentation and records using CRM and ERP systems
• Communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers
• Supporting the delivery of after-sales support and service
• Monitoring job progress and ensuring timely resolution of issues

What do you need?

• Driver’s License
• Forklift License
• Mechanical aptitude or trade background
• Previous experience in a service or admin role
• Strong computer and CRM/ERP system skills
• Be able to work and manage with others as part of a team
• Ability to motivate and excite staff
• Supervise and manage delegated staff
• Self-Motivated
• Accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Maths ability
• Computer literate
• Ability to solve problems
• Ability to work unsupervised and see what needs to be done
• Be able to follow processes and procedures
