We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Coordinator to join our passionate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and has a strong understanding of NDIS supports—particularly Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Access services.

About the Role

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-quality support aligned with their NDIS goals. You will manage staff rosters, monitor service delivery, coordinate with families and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with funding and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery for SIL and community access customers.

• Develop and maintain staff rosters ensuring coverage with minimal overtime.

• Engage directly with customers and their families to ensure supports are meeting their needs.

• Conduct regular face-to-face stakeholder meetings.

• Manage staff performance, availability, and engagement.

• Maintain compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies.

• Liaise with allied health professionals, support coordinators, and external agencies.

• Contribute to a high-performance culture that values transparency, respect, and accountability.

About You

You are passionate about making a difference and thrive on building meaningful relationships with both customers and team members. You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities with ease.

Essential:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the NDIS, disability, or community services sector.

• Strong understanding of SIL and community access service models.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage staff rosters and operational challenges effectively.

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

• Current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain).

• First Aid and CPR certificates.
