Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead and support organizational change initiatives across technical and transformation programs. This role is critical to ensuring the successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working by managing the people side of change.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in delivering end-to-end change management activities, with demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness planning. Experience working on complex technical or ICT programs is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support program objectives
Identify and manage key stakeholders across business and technical areas, building engagement and alignment throughout the change journey
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews to ensure business areas are prepared for transition
Develop and deliver tailored communication plans and materials to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement
Design and coordinate training needs analysis, learning materials, and end-user training delivery
Monitor change adoption and resistance, applying strategies to mitigate risks and maximise uptake
Support transition to business-as-usual by embedding new ways of working and reinforcing change
Collaborate with program teams, SMEs, and external vendors to ensure alignment across change and delivery workstreams
About You
Proven experience (5+ years) in a Change Manager or similar role, preferably within complex or technical transformation programs
Demonstrated ability to manage change across the full lifecycle – from impact assessment through to post-go-live support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience with digital, ERP, ICT, or enterprise system implementations highly regarded
Proficient in using change management frameworks and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.)
Qualifications and Certifications
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (desirable)
Formal change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG, Change First) highly regarded
