We are seeking a Change Manager to lead our Future Retirement Living Model project on a full-time 12-month contract.

About the Role
- Full-time 12-month fixed-term contract (38 hours per week)
- Hybrid (3 days in Parramatta/Sydney CBD, 2 days WFH)
- Attractive remuneration: Base salary + salary packaging benefits up to $18,550 (pay less tax) + 12% superannuation
Role key Accountabilities:
- Operates effectively in a complex service environment with multiple stakeholders and layers of change.
- Brings broad experience across service, technology, people, and culture change.
- Applies Human Centred Design and service design principles, collaborating with stakeholders to co-create meaningful change.
- Demonstrates empathy when working with diverse groups, including seniors, carers, and community teams.
- Develops and delivers change transition plans, identifies required activities and resources, and builds strong relationships to support successful change.
- Partners with managers and project teams to embed change activities, co-design strategies, and foster an inclusive, values-driven change culture.
- Executes tailored change management strategies, engages stakeholders, mitigates risks, and ensures readiness.
- Leads communication and engagement initiatives, creating materials to build awareness.
- Works with the Head of and Change management Lead to advise and coach leaders on their role in change, and to build a change mindset in the organisation.
Qualifications and Experience:
As a Change Manager at Uniting, you will demonstrate a passion for driving positive change and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change management, particularly related to business transformation projects.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar.
- Experience with large-scale system implementations and process re-engineering.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
