About the role

Crow Cams Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Technical Sales professional to join our team in Knoxfield, Victoria. As a Technical Sales representative, you will be responsible for providing expert sales and technical support to our valued customers, ensuring they receive the high-quality products and exceptional service they expect from Crow Cams. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

Actively engage with customers to understand their specific needs and recommend the most suitable Crow Cams products and solutions. This will include mainly telephone sales but also include front counter sales as required.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process

Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers

Collaborate with the wider Crow Cams team to ensure seamless delivery and exceptional customer service

Participate in trade shows, industry events and other marketing activities to promote the Crow Cams brand

Continuously expand your product knowledge to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations

Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth

What we're looking for

Demonstrable experience in a technical sales role within the automotive industry

Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers

A good understanding of engines and in particular valve train components. Please do not apply for the position if you do not have this skill.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

Passion for the automotive industry and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with market trends

Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
