Role Description

As a CAD-CAM Support Specialist, your primary role is to provide exceptional technical support to our clients and their CAD-CAM systems. Your responsibilities would include installation and servicing and could extend to training and pre-sales demonstrations,

The successful candidate will have a particular focus on Milling and 3D Printing systems however will be across the entire CAD-CAM workflow which includes intraoral and lab scanners and CAD software.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Melbourne, VIC with some travel across Australia and New Zealand. Support is provided via remote access as well as on-site.

Experience working in Mechatronics, CNC or CAD-CAM workflows including milling and 3D printing would be an advantage as would experience as a Dental Technician.

Qualifications & relevant skills you might have:

At least two years of experience in Dental CAD-CAM support, manufacturing or Mechatronics

Strong knowledge of CAM software and CAD software including exocad software and others such as 3Shape is an advantage

Ability to understand and troubleshoot milling machines including imes-icore, Roland DGSHAPE and 3D Printers such as Asiga

Dental Technician qualification is an advantage but not critical

Excellent communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

Experience with CAD software, CAM software, and Dental Implant manufacturing is a plus

Demonstrated experience in Help Desk, Technical Support or Systems Support role in a Lab, Dental Manufacturing or Dental Practice would also be favourable
