About the role

Natphi Media PTY LTD is seeking an experienced Digital Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for driving digital sales and revenue growth across our innovative suite of marketing services. What you'll be doing

Generating qualified business opportunities through cold calling, outbound prospecting, and strategic networking

Developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets

Clearly communicating the value of our digital marketing services to potential clients

Building strong rapport with prospects, managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients

Maintaining a solid understanding of our evolving service offerings and staying current with digital marketing trends and best practices

Using CRM tools to track leads, pipeline progress, and optimise follow-up efforts

Following up with warm leads from inbound enquiries and reactivation campaigns

Providing input on improving sales scripts, outreach messaging, and closing processes

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound digital sales or business development, ideally within media, advertising, or tech

Proven track record of consistently achieving (and exceeding) sales targets

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills — confident engaging with business owners and decision-makers

Strong closing ability, with sharp negotiation and problem-solving skills

Proficient with sales and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Go High Level, or similar)

Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to learn in a fast-moving environment

Passion for digital marketing and a curiosity to stay ahead of trends and tactics

Experience working with commission-based sales models

Comfortable handling both cold outreach and warm inbound leads

Able to manage time and performance independently

Bonus points for experience selling SEO, Google Ads, or automation solutions
