As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimising our internal IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth network operations, safeguarding data security, and providing technical support to our team across all service locations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, configure, and monitor the organisation’s computer networks, including LAN, WAN, and internet systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Document network configurations, procedures, and infrastructure maps for internal use and compliance audits.

Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues and best practices.

Participate in IT strategy discussions and support digital transformation initiatives aligned with aged care and disability service delivery.

Minimum 10 years of professional experience in network administration, system support, or related ICT roles.

Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy, and compliance requirements.

Experience in troubleshooting, system upgrades, performance monitoring, and documentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving and support.
