Ready to take ownership of enterprise infrastructure? We're hiring a Systems Administrator/ L2 Operational Support to manage backups, patching, and virtual environments across a national footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain switches, routers, and firewalls using Cisco Meraki
• Automate tasks via PowerShell scripting and VMware Converter integrations

• Manage Multi-Forest Active Directory Environments: Maintain and troubleshoot complex domain structures and user/group policies across multiple forests and trusts
• Administer VMware vSphere Ecosystems: Leverage vSphere, vMotion, and virtual infrastructure for hosting, migration, and failover
• Email & Desktop Lifecycle Management: Oversee email migrations and image deployments across enterprise desktops
• Backup & Recovery Leadership: Operate and monitor robust backup systems with Veeam to ensure data continuity and rapid recovery
• Network Oversight & Automation:
• Provide Level 2 technical support and escalate where needed
• Collaborate on IT projects and drive continuous service improvement

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in systems administration or enterprise IT support (Level 2+)
• Advanced experience with:
• Windows Server, Workstation OS, Active Directory, Office 365, PowerShell, MS SQL Server
• VMware products including vSphere and vMotion
• Network infrastructure: switches, routers, firewalls
• Backup platforms (preferably Veeam)
• Strong understanding of automation tools and scripting best practices
• Solid communication and documentation skills
• Bonus: Tertiary degree or industry certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, etc.)
