A leading insurance organisation based in Sydney CBD is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) / CyberArk to join their team on an initial 12-month contract.

The successful candidate will be joining a high-impact, enterprise-wide initiative focused on securing privileged access and enhancing identity governance. This role will work closely with the Identity & Access Management (IAM) to uplift and onboard applications onto CyberArk ensuring compliance, security and operational efficiency across critical systems.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant industry certifications
• Strong experience working as a Technical Business Analyst in large enterprise environments
• Proven understanding and experience working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) and/or Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Strong experience working with CyberArk including experience onboarding applications
• Previous experience working in IAM uplift projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

This role is based in Sydney's CBD and requires you to be in the office at least two days per week.
