PERSOLKELLY is seeking ICT Business Analyst for one of their State Government Client and be part of technology driven team.

In this role, you will act as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective, scalable digital solutions

Your main duties and responsibilities will include

Responsibilities

• Engage with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and system workflows.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend scalable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with software developers, UX designers, and product managers during the development of lifecycles.
• Works closely with the team documenting the technical specifications, covering the end-to-end solution.
• Document end-to-end technical specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Support solution testing, validation, and user acceptance to ensure business alignment.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience as a technical Business Analyst or Technical Analyst converting business requirements into functional/technical specifications
• Highly skilled and have solid experience conducting process mapping exercises and business process optimisation.
• At least 3 years recent experience with web application development projects
• Agile project experience and knowledge of Jira and Confluence will be highly regarded
