Senior Business Analyst – Telecommunications

We’re partnering with a leading telecommunications provider to recruit a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in supporting both in-flight and newly initiated projects across security, networking solutions, risk initiatives, and product enhancements.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BA who thrives in fast-paced, enterprise environments and is confident stepping into active delivery work and engaging business stakeholders to drive outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Stepping into in-flight security and networking solution projects to ensure continuity during a team member’s maternity leave
• Refining existing requirements and supporting testing activities, documentation, and stakeholder sign-off
• Leading requirements gathering for new risk-related initiatives and product enhancement projects
• Finalising and documenting end-to-end business processes, ensuring they are aligned with project and business objectives
• Working closely with a range of business and technical stakeholders in a large, complex telco environment

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working in the telecommunications industry as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience supporting technical projects, particularly in security, networking, or risk-related domains
• Ability to step into partially completed work and maintain momentum
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with testing support, documentation, and process mapping
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a project team
