About the Role
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, or cloud security? We are currently partnering with a leading bank to support a major Cybersecurity Transformation Program — a multi-stream initiative focused on uplifting enterprise security capabilities.

As part of a large-scale transformation, you will play a key role in translating technical cybersecurity requirements into business-ready documentation. You’ll collaborate across cross-functional teams to support:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM) uplift – leveraging tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk
• Azure cloud infrastructure security enhancements
• Enterprise-wide security uplift initiatives, including cyber risk and privacy

Required skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within cybersecurity, IAM, or cloud security uplift programs
• Experience with tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, and Azure Security
• Demonstrated understanding of security controls and risk frameworks within complex organisations
• Strong background in financial services, ideally within a banking or enterprise IT environment
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, including risk, operations, and security
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
