About the Opportunity
You’ll play a key role in managing local sales activities, building strong relationships with key accounts, and working closely with external sales teams to support business growth. With a focus on delivering outstanding service and driving quote conversions, this role offers the chance to contribute directly to the success of your region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert customer quotes and enquiries through systems like Salesforce and Fast Quote
- Support priority accounts by ensuring their needs are handled promptly and accurately
- Partner closely with field sales and regional leadership to align on customer strategies
- Track sales activity and customer engagement through CRM tools to ensure visibility and follow-through
- Respond to inbound enquiries with product, pricing, and technical information
- Meet key performance metrics tied to customer conversion and revenue generation
- Collaborate with estimating, drafting, and operations teams to ensure smooth post-sale handovers
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM to support forecasting and reporting accuracy
- Assist in managing the national customer enquiry phone line as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong customer-first attitude with a passion for sales and service
- Experience in internal sales, sales support, or customer-facing roles (preferably in industrial, manufacturing, steel or construction environments)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to solving customer needs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across departments to achieve shared goals
