This is a fast-paced, high-impact hybrid role, blending customer engagement with key admin and office support. You'll handle inquiries, build strong relationships, and work closely with the external sales team to help smash targets.

What you'll do:

Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and CRM

Understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions from our product range

Support the external sales and office teams with admin and coordination tasks

Help drive sales growth through excellent service and follow-up
