About Us

Orthokids is Melbourne’s leading children’s bracing and orthotic clinic. With a team of 20 across multiple clinic locations, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional care to kids and their families.

The Role

You’ll be part of a close-knit Client Care team, supporting clients and families while ensuring our clinic runs smoothly. This full-time role is primarily based at our Surrey Hills head office.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome families with warmth and professionalism

Manage appointments and scheduling (Cliniko)

Answer phone and email enquiries clearly and kindly

Support clinicians with day-to-day coordination

Handle billing and NDIS funding processes

What You Bring

Experience in healthcare or NDIS settings (preferred)

Excellent communication and empathy

Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability

Confident with Microsoft Office

Respect for privacy and patient confidentiality
