Our client is a fast-growing Australian food manufacturing company with some of Australia's most loved brands. They are looking to increase their client portfolio within the Pharmacy space, are looking for a National Account Manager to manage and grow their Pharmacy prtfolio. They have a thricing presense within grocery and are looking for someone with networks and experience within varied pharmacy clients.
Job Responsibilities
This is a newly created role to drive growth across large, non-grocery customers, whilst delivery incremental growth across the existing Pharmacy channel The role comes with autonomy and support from the business, who are happy to develop the right person. The core responsibilities are:
- Full P&L ownership of existing convenience customers
- Effectively manage trade spend budget
- Lead Commercial and Account negotiations
- Create a sustainable new business pipeline across opportunities
- Maintain customer base ongoing
Your Background
A genuine opportunity for a someone who is looking to get exposure to National Accounts and loves the thrill of new business. You will be provided with ongoing development from great leaders and will have support to drive your own pipeline.
- Minimum 5 years within a sales role, preferably food or beverage.
- Experience with Chemist Warehuse or Priceline (Independent pharmacy will always be looked at).
- Ability to find and qualify new business opportunities
- Strong financial Acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
