Our well-known boat trailer business located in Heathcote Victoria is seeking an Internal parts & customer service member to join our existing team.

Any previous parts, or trailer experience will be highly regarded; however, you will be offered support and training to learn more about our products.

Your daily tasks will include & require:

Provide customer service via phone, counter and email

Process phone, online & emailed orders

Support a diverse dealer & retail customer base

Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support

Liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing overflow duties when required

Skills required:

Good administrative skills and intermediate IT skills

Demonstrated ability to learn/Interpret parts requirements via telephone, email, and face to face.

Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Assisting other departments as required

Basic mechanical aptitude

Problem solving & proactive attitude.
