About the role

In this position you will sell truck parts to your customers via the back and front counter, in person and over the phone. As the public face of a large, successful spare parts business, your goal is to deliver 10/10 customer service to your customers at all times.

The person we seek

We need a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who has previous automotive spare parts interpreting experience in a new vehicle dealership or aftermarket parts environment. Exposure to truck parts is desirable but we will also consider Parts Interpreters from the passenger car sector looking for a change.

Required attributes, skills and experience

Proven Parts Interpreter experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Good level of computer literacy and ability

A good mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

Friendly, positive, can-do attitude

Curent Drivers licence

Forklift licence preferred but not essential

Willingness to work Saturday morning roster (paid OT)
