About the role

Cowanna Harvesting is seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic and growing team in Merbein, Victoria. As part of our parts team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers in the nut harvesting industry Australia wide. You will be required to provide support across multiple locations and to travel interstate from time to time. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our business.

What you'll be doing

Displaying a commitment to developing relationships with customers and providing exception customer service

Interpret the customer's parts requirements, asking clarifying information from manufacturers or other team members as required

Provide any follow up communication and information including quotes, parts availability and dispatch information with customers in a timely manner

Liaise with warehouse and workshop staff to ensure efficient delivery of parts to customers

Assist with the receival of parts in a timely and accurate manner as required

Travel interstate to other store locations from time to time with reasonable notice

What we're looking for

Polite, friendly staff who are willing to help customers and other team members at all times.

An understanding of automotive parts, components, and inventory management best practices

An ability to complete paperwork accurately, thoroughly and in a timely manner

An ability to use parts management software and tools to track inventory, quotes and orders

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and make decisions to ensure the timely delivery of the correct parts
