We’re looking for an HR & Talent Coordinator to join our team and take ownership of all things people from attracting top talent to ensuring a seamless employee experience across the team.

We’re a performance-focused digital marketing agency with 35–40 team members in Brisbane. We’re scaling fast, and culture is everything to us. This role reports directly to the GM & Director, working closely with team leads to support recruitment, onboarding, team engagement, and general HR operations.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition (50%)

Own end-to-end recruitment from writing job ads to screening and scheduling interviews

Build pipelines for agency hiring (marketing, creative, sales etc.)

Coordinate with hiring managers and keep the wheels turning

HR Coordination (50%)

Run onboarding/offboarding processes via Employment Hero

Manage probation reviews, anniversaries, birthdays & internal HR calendar

Support staff incentive programs and internal events

Ensure compliance processes are followed, working alongside senior leaders

🙌 What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in either internal recruitment, HR coordination, or agency recruitment

Solid understanding of the hiring process (job ads, interviewing, offers)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communicator — both written and verbal

A self-starter who loves process, but also people

Comfortable learning on the go — we’ll support you to grow into the full scope of the role
