Your New Role

As the Quality Control Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving our quality assurance processes to ensure our customers receive quality products.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating and monitoring product inspections, testing, and quality checks

Reviewing test outcomes and identifying deviations from standards

Maintaining accurate records, inspection logs, and test reports

Ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards

Identifying quality issues and recommending process improvements

Acting as a key point of contact for quality-related inquiries

Assisting in coordinating corrective and preventative actions

Ensuring adherence to QA, WHS, ENV, PHF and customer standards

Assisting with product information and production process support

Demonstrating in-depth understanding of production techniques, PHF QMS and procedures

Suggesting procedural improvements to the National Quality Assurance Manager

Actively participating in continuous improvement of the QMS

Assisting in the investigation and closure of Non-Conformances in the BMS

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role, you need:

Trade qualifications in Manufacturing, or a Certificate/Diploma in Quality Management

Significant experience in a certified quality-focused manufacturing environment

Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 10380, ISO 17025) highly desirable

Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies

Ability to make time-critical decisions that ensure the highest standards of quality and safety outcomes

Familiarity with industrial hoses, fittings and related products (advantageous)

Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and specifications

Clear and effective written and verbal communication

Collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Experience maintaining quality records and documentation

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
