Burleigh Letting Co is a boutique short-term rental management company overseeing 130+ holiday (Airbnb-style) properties in Surfers Paradise and surrounding suburbs. We pride ourselves on delivering consistently high standards of comfort, cleanliness, and presentation – and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Checker to help us maintain that excellence.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and proactive team member to help uphold the quality and presentation of our holiday apartments. You’ll be responsible for inspecting properties post-clean, completing room reports, and assisting with minor upkeep to ensure every property is guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality checks of holiday apartments after cleaning

Complete room reports, identifying maintenance, cleaning, or presentation issues

Ensure all properties meet our cleanliness and styling standards

Assist with small tasks like restocking amenities, adjusting styling items, or light touch-ups

Communicate with cleaning and maintenance teams to resolve issues efficiently

Drive between properties across Burleigh Heads and nearby suburbs (travel is essential)

Report damages, missing items and findings.

Provide recommendations working closely with our office department to ensure rooms are kept to a high standard.

About You:

Strong attention to detail and a passion for high presentation standards

Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and manage a daily property checklist

Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or property inspections is a plus

Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
