They are Open Licenced builders that have dedicated teams that specialise in insurance building repair, strata community repair, bespoke new home buildings and renovations

THE ROLE

Manage and support a team of Repair Coordinators to schedule, oversee, and manage all aspects of individual insurance repair jobs, ensuring high-quality outcomes for all stakeholders. The Lead Repair Coordinator collaborates closely with the construction team to deliver exceptional service and repair results for customers.

DUTIES

• Lead and support a team of Repair Coordinators by providing clear direction, guidance, and mentoring.
• Act as the primary liaison between insurance clients, homeowners, adjusters, and trades to ensure high-quality repair outcomes.
• Monitor and uphold quality control standards while tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Schedule appointments and coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, and technicians.
• Manage project budgets and allocate work orders to subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure performance targets are met, including customer satisfaction, repair quality, timeliness, reporting, and invoicing.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Conduct weekly project reviews and maintain consistent communication with clients and customers.
• Respond to stakeholder enquiries and provide support to the team in all aspects of project management.
• Prepare invoices and compile handover documentation, ensuring all required compliance certificates are included.
• Assist with procurement of materials and services for repair works.
• Deliver high-level customer service support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee coordination and management of trade resources.
• Manage a portfolio of insurance repair claims from initiation through to completion.
