Based in Wetherill Park, this opportunity is for a Sales & Leasing Administrator to become part of a dynamic team with a forward-thinking vision and strong workplace culture.

The Role:

• Supporting the executive team & sales agents
• Property marketing from building weblinks & signboards to launching properties on the web
• Preparing marketing quotes & schedules for new listings - Reconciling marketing expenses & assist in property campaigns running smoothly
• Typing up sales advices and leases
• Sales & leasing admin support to the directors
• Assisting with any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the office

Candidate:

• No Experience necessary just the willingness to learn. Experience in real estate is advantageous
• Strong administration skills
• Must be passionate about what they do and happy to go above & beyond in their role
• Must have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and use checklists efficiently
• Willing to obtain certificate of registration
