The Impact You'll Make
As a Sales Executive, you’ll support the team in finding new customers and growing the business. Your role will involve helping to secure cleaning service contracts for places like aged care homes, office buildings, childcare centres, and apartment complexes. You’ll also assist in expanding paper goods supply to clients such as restaurants, hotels, corporate offices, and childcare centres.
Be part of a supportive team where your ideas are valued, and you’ll have the chance to be involved in sales strategies and how the business grows. There’s a clear path to move into more senior roles as the company continues to expand.
The focus will be on securing both small, quick-win strata contracts and larger, long-term aged care and commercial facility agreements that provide substantial recurring revenue and business stability.
Utilise HubSpot CRM system to track sales activities, maintain client relationship records, and provide regular performance reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability in all sales efforts.
Build on an existing foundation of satisfied clients and a strong reputation to accelerate growth, with the owners' openness to new ideas and strategies providing ample opportunity to expand into untapped markets.
