Location: 30kms North of Goondiwindi QLD
Employment Type: Full Time Annual Salary

What you’ll do:

Coordinate transport schedules, documentation and driver paperwork

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing loads

Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Assist with compliance checks and reporting requirements

Help troubleshoot day-to-day logistics issues

Help keep our weighbridge running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication and administrative skills

Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or scheduling role (preferred but not essential)

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Excellent attention to detail and time management
