A full time permanent opportunity exists for an experienced Transport Co-Ordinator to join the team at our Mackay Office.

CCL Specialised has significantly grown our fleet of semi's and tilt trays operating QLD wide from our Paget depot. We are looking to add a professional team member to assist our two transport coordinators with a long term view to becoming one of our key transport coordinators.

The successful applicant will be responsible for booking in transport on a day to day basis, completing administrational tasks and supporting drivers to perform their duties. Main duties will include but are not limited to:

Booking in transport jobs and liasing with clients

Co-ordinating vehicles and drivers

Pricing completed jobs

Quoting jobs

Obtaining purchase orders

Administrational support

The successful applicant will have:

Current drivers licence

Computer literate with a view to enhancing our electronic processes

Great communication skills

Professional attitude and behaviour

Attention to detail

Highly organized and efficient time management skills

Be able to multi task

Ability to work well without supervision

Interest in applying and growing skills within the transport industry
