We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our team for an immediate start.

Reporting to the Queensland Account Manager you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries and general queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Managing incoming calls
• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Check driver run sheets
• Performing data entry and other administrative tasks
• Working collaboratively with our transport operations team to ensure customers are kept up to date with the progress of jobs.
• General office support

About You:

• Experience using ‘Maximus’ system – Desirable
• Experience in using 1-Stop and Container Chain an advantage
• Container transport experience – import and export shipments
• Excellent customer service skills, including a professional telephone manner.
• A 'can-do' attitude with confident interpersonal skills, forward thinking capabilities and ability to work both autonomously and within a busy team environment.
• High organisational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word)
• Ability to multitask and work as part of a team
• Previous experience in an Office Administrator role will be highly regarded
