Your new role

• Develop schedules and rosters that align with operational requirements, employee availability, and client care plans
  
• Ensure that rostering practices are in-line with current legislation
  
• Processing of timesheets
  
• Handling of admissions and discharges of clients
  
• Ensure compliance standards are met
  
• Other administration duties as required
  

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 2 years of experience as a Scheduler/Rosterer, preferably within care services or NFP's
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• High attention to detail
