The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Sales & Client Success Representative with a passion for early learning to join our purpose-led team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the rhythm and responsibility of early childhood settings and is motivated to help services deliver stronger child-safe practices. You’ll engage directly with centres, directors, and providers—introducing our platform, guiding them through onboarding, and supporting their journey to compliance and best practice.
What You’ll Do
🔹Lead Generation & Engagement
• Proactively reach out to early childhood services and networks.
• Connect via phone, email, in-person, and online meetings to share how we support compliance with the Child Safe Standards.
• Record and manage your pipeline using our CRM (HubSpot).
🔹Client Discovery & Demos
• Explore each service’s safeguarding challenges and needs.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that speak to the ECEC environment.
• Work with senior team members to prepare customised proposals.
🔹Customer Success & Retention
• Support a smooth onboarding for new clients—from approved providers to centre managers.
• Conduct regular check-ins to offer guidance, gather feedback, and encourage meaningful platform use.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure each client feels supported and successful.
🔹Internal Collaboration & Learning
• Track client activity and update records through HubSpot.
• Share feedback to shape the future of our product.
• Stay informed on child safety updates in the ECEC sector.
• Assist with team projects as needed.
Who You Are
Warm and engaging communicator, confident in building trust with ECEC professionals.
Organised and tech-savvy— comfortable managing multiple tasks in a CRM and digital tools.
Motivated by meaningful work and contributing to safer outcomes for children.
Curious, coachable, and keen to grow in sales, partnerships, or client success.
Understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards.
Full Drivers licence & your own vehicle (enjoy being out on the road)
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience working in early childhood education, family day care, or related services.
• Prior experience in sales, support, or compliance roles.
