The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and relationship-focused Sales & Client Success Representative to connect with organisations across sport and community sectors. Whether it’s a junior football club, surf lifesaving club, or community group—you’ll be their trusted partner on the path to safer practice. From first contact to long-term support, you’ll guide them in building a culture of child safety through our simple, powerful solution.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead Generation & Engagement
• Engage with community-based organisations, sports associations, and governing bodies.
• Use phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels to introduce ChildAware and arrange product demos.
• Maintain records and progress in our CRM (HubSpot).
🔹 Client Discovery & Demos
• Understand each organisation’s structure, challenges, and compliance needs.
• Deliver engaging and contextualised platform demonstrations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design proposals suited to clubs or state-based structures.
🔹 Customer Success & Retention
• Onboard new clients and help them embed the platform into their daily operations.
• Provide regular check-ins, follow-ups, and guidance to support sustained engagement.
• Troubleshoot concerns and connect clients to relevant internal supports.
🔹 Internal Collaboration & Learning
• Track client activity and update records through the HubSpot.
• Share feedback to shape the future of our product.
• Stay current on legislation, codes of conduct, and sector-specific safeguarding updates.
• Assist with team projects as needed.
Who You Are
Warm and engaging communicator, confident in building trust with ECEC professionals.
Organised and tech-savvy— comfortable managing multiple tasks in a CRM and digital tools.
Motivated by meaningful work and contributing to safer outcomes for children.
Curious, coachable, and keen to grow in sales, partnerships, or client success.
Understanding of National Quality Framework (NQF) and Child Safe Standards.
Full Drivers licence & your own vehicle (enjoy being out on the road)
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience in sports clubs, recreation programs, youth work, or community engagement.
• Knowledge of child safeguarding frameworks or state-based sporting compliance.
• Prior work in client success, volunteer management, or outreach roles.
