About the Opportunity
The Member Support Administration Officer is a permanent part-time role (24 hours per week) combining administration support and raising the profile of ARQRV and its service offerings through promotional activities. The position is essential to ensuring efficient operations, quality member service, and expanding ARQRV’s presence across Queensland.

This role will be remunerated under the Clerks – Private Sector Award, Level 4, dependent on skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities include
Process new member applications and renewals and maintain accurate records in the member database (CRM).
Respond to member queries via phone and email, ensuring timely and courteous service.
Collect and manage member feedback.
Assist in the development and distribution of promotional materials to increase awareness of ARQRV.
Assist in organising committee and member forums, online meetings, and events.
Liaise with village residents, committees, and managers to arrange presentations and share information about membership benefits.
Manage/create social media content and online outreach to prospective members.
Process payroll, general financial processes including invoicing, monthly reconciliation and financial reporting.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems and support reporting requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Committee as required.
About you
Proven experience in office administration and customer service.
Experience in planning and delivering basic promotional activities, with support.
High level of computer literacy, including use of databases, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail.
Desirable
Experience working in a membership-based or community organisation.
Understanding of retirement village environments or related sectors.
Experience with social media or basic marketing and promotional tasks.
