Digital Service Representative | Glenmore Park | 6 month contract
- Location: Glenmore Park (On-site only)
- Rate: $35.80 per hour + super
- Contract Length: ASAP start – 1 February 2026
- Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Digital Service Representative to join a well-regarded government agency. You’ll be working onsite, supporting members of the public with a variety of services.
Key Requirements
- 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, administration, or retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Police Check required
- Previous government experience is highly regarded but not essential.
