What we offer
At Assist Workplace Safety, we are committed to the wellbeing and support of our employees. You'll enjoy a competitive salary, practical regular training, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
We are dedicated to creating a positive work/life balance and believe in treating others how we want to be treated, whether it's our team members or customers.
We provide simple systems and clear processes to help our team thrive and succeed and love constructive feedback for improvement.
Therefore, we are not just looking for skills and experience. Having shared values is just as important.
Here are ours:
Treat others as we want to be treated: We create a supportive and productive environment by showing respect, kindness and empathy to everyone we work with.
Relentlessly solve problems proactively: We take ownership when we encounter obstacles, challenges or problems that need solving. We don't wait to be asked but rather take the initiative to find solutions and improve our company and push the stop button and raise our hand when we are stuck or need assistance.
We serve: We offer help and support to others without being asked.
Be remarkable: We strive to create a remarkable experience for our customers with every interaction, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations and leave a lasting impression.
Be consistent: We model the behaviours that drive the results we want, taking the right actions consistently and persistently to achieve our goals.
Take ownership: we are accountable for our work and take responsibility for closing the loops on our assigned tasks and projects. We don't let things fall through the cracks, and instead, we complete our work on time and ask for help if needed.
Respect for people: We show respect for each other's time, commitments and efforts, and cultivate a "no blame" environment where we attack the problem through revised systems and processes, not the person.
Be resilient: We see problems and challenges as opportunities to learn, grow and improve. We approach them with a positive and solution-focused mindset, without blame or negativity.
Keep it simple: We believe that simplicity is key to progress and continuously improve our systems and processes to make things simple for ourselves and our customers.
Discover over create: We value efficiency and innovation, and don't waste time reinventing the wheel. We search for existing solutions and knowledge and apply them creatively to solve new problems.
Team first: We believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration and prioritise the collective success of our team over individual achievements.
Balance: We believe in a healthy work-life balance. We work productively during work hours and give our families and personal life 100% in our personal time.
Smile and be happy: We believe in the power of positivity and fun and approach our work with a smile and a positive attitude.
Progress over perfection: We believe in continuous improvement and growth. We move forward imperfectly, but consistently, towards our goals.
