Digital Service Representative | Mittagong | Contract to Feb 2026
Location: Mittagong (On-site only)
Rate: $35.80 per hour + super
Contract Length: ASAP start – 1 February 2026
Hours: Up to 35 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm (excluding public holidays)
About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Digital Service Representative to join a well-regarded government agency. You’ll be working onsite, supporting members of the public with a variety of services.
Key Requirements
- Typing and navigation
- Email etiquette and use of Microsoft Outlook
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office suite
- 2–3 years’ customer service experience (call centre, administration, or retail)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a professional office environment
- Intermediate computer skills, including:
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Police Check required
Previous government experience is highly regarded but not essential.
