• Casual Hourly Rate: $35.70 per hour + super
• Duration: Ongoing temp
• Shifts: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM (shifts may vary)

Our client is a building and landscape supplies company that has been servicing both trade and home DIY customers for 40 years.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the frontline representative of the business. You will be handling customers who come into the store but also who call through the phone, wanting to order supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, specifications, and prices within pricing guidelines.
• Generate accurate quotes for customers while maintaining appropriate margins.
• Ensure freight charges are applied appropriately to recover business costs.
• Maintain accuracy in data entry during order processing.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field - MUST.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
