About the Position
This role offers a great chance to lead and foster a progressive team and use your skills and knowledge to protect and enhance our natural areas. It provides the best of both worlds to apply your leadership skills but still call upon your technical expertise.
Success in this role will be driven by collaboration across our City and a focus of what is needed to deliver effective outcomes. This will involve managing up, down, outwardly and sideways! You’ll work as part of the Growth and Sustainability leadership group who will share a passion for thinking strategically and always lifting each other and our team mates to be the best versions of themselves.
About You
You’ll be a well rounded and capable front line leader with the technical expertise to guide an extraordinary group of people.
You will be able to step back and let them thrive in what they do well – but be ready to listen and support them where they need you.
Salary:
$116,995- $123,944 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
