The Role
The Town of Port Hedland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor - Leisure Facilities to oversee customer service operations across all leisure facilities.
This role is responsible for supervising Customer Service Officers, managing retail stock and financial transactions, responding to facility enquiries, and ensuring the effective implementation of internal administrative procedures.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in busy customer service environments, who can lead by example and ensure the delivery of exceptional service standards. The successful applicant will play a key role in maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for all patrons.

Work Related Requirements
The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment, to be considered for the role, as well as possess:
- Formal Qualification or accreditation in customer service and/or significant experience in a busy front line customer service environment (Leisure Environment not necessary but preferrable)
- National Police Clearance;
- Current 'C' Class Driver's License;
- Rights to work in Australia
