Role Opportunity

We are looking for Building Services Engineers(intermediate- Senior X2) with a background in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Fire Services to lead the design and delivery of innovative building services solutions across health care, commercial, and data centre sectors. You will be responsible for working with clients, internal teams, and project managers to deliver sustainable, high-quality mechanical systems.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

As a Building Services Engineer you will need to have the following skill set:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Professional Engineering license or chartered status will be nice to have but not mandatory
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and sustainability principles
• 5+ years of experience in building services design in Australia or UK

Duties & Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the design and implementation of HVAC/ Fire Services and building systems
• Deliver project documentation, including reports and specifications
• Collaborate with project teams to meet quality and budget targets
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
• Liaise with clients to ensure project expectations are met
