Level 2 Support Engineer
Parramatta | Hybrid | up to $85k plus super

NT Partners are currently working an MSP who is looking to a L2/2.5 analyst to their team due to growth!

What you will be doing:

• Resolving Level 2 support tickets
• Attend onsite visits for clients when needed
• Apply best practices
• Escalate tickets to L3 when required

What you need to have:

• Office 365
• Azure AD/AD
• Azure environment
• Windows Server
• Firewalls, switches, routers
• Endpoint security

• 2-3 year experience working across service desk (MSP environment)
• Technical expertise in;
• Drivers license
