🛠️ About the Role

As our ICT Support Engineer, you’ll provide technical support across the business, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage networks, and help maintain system efficiency. Your work will directly support the operational needs of a rapidly growing clean energy company.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and 2 IT support to internal users (remote and on-site)

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems

Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, ensuring uptime and performance

Manage user accounts, security permissions, and backups

Assist with IT asset procurement and documentation

Support cybersecurity practices and data protection measures

✅ What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or ICT engineer role

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, networking, and basic server management

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and time management abilities

Relevant qualification is highly desirable
