About the role
As a 2nd/3rd Level Technical Support Specialist at New Era Print, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for our customers. In this full-time position based in Tuggerah, NSW, you will be responsible for resolving complex IT issues and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service.
What you'll be doing
Provide in-depth technical support and problem-solving for a wide range of IT systems and applications
Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability
Document technical support processes and procedures to maintain knowledge base
Provide training and guidance to lower-level support staff as needed
Continuously enhance your technical expertise to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role
Strong working knowledge of SQL (querying, data analysis, troubleshooting).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide clear and concise support to users
Proficient in installing, configuring and maintaining hardware and software systems
Working knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and other common business applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality support
Certifications in relevant IT domains (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) would be an advantage
