Recently backed by significant funding, the business is scaling quickly and now needs a smart, capable customer success & support professional to become the vital link between product, client, and leadership. Based in modern Chatswood offices (with parking provided), this is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a mission-driven business.
The Role
This newly created role sits at the heart of the commercial and customer operations, reporting to the CEO and working closely with stakeholders internally and externally. You'll manage warm inbound enquiries, deliver product demonstrations via Teams, and help translate customer needs into actionable insights for the business.
This is a hands-on, client-facing support and sales role with responsibilities including:
- Responding to inbound leads from clinics and medical practices
- Running virtual product demonstrations via Teams
- Answering product and service-related queries from new and existing customers
- Acting as the communication bridge between internal stakeholders and clients
- Assist in interpreting medical practice workflows, flagging functional needs and gaps
- Updating CRM records and providing accurate notes
- Supporting ongoing customer engagement, onboarding, and training where required
Why This Role Matters
As someone with first-hand previous knowledge of medical centres, you’ll be the glue connecting the tech, the people, and the client’s day-to-day reality. The CEO is committed to training and mentoring you closely, with 2–3 days a week in-office to support team learning and development.
About You
- You're a strong, confident communicator.
- You’ve worked inside a medical practice (ideally as a Junior or Assistant Practice Manager), or perhaps as a nurse with solid admin/commercial skills
- You understand how clinics operate – appointment books, billing, referrals, software workflows, and team dynamics
- You’re curious, self-motivated, and capable of juggling multiple conversations at once
- You're ready to step into a client-supporting, tech-enabled role that makes a genuine impact
