Senior SAP Functional Analyst – NSW Government

• Up to $1000 p/d + super
• 12 month contracts with extensions
• Parramatta / WFH

Primary Purpose:

Improve business systems, processes, and integrations to support department objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Run technical design workshops to gather integration requirements for myWorkZone S/4 and document into functional and technical specs.
• Oversee integration governance to align with SAP architecture standards.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans for system integrations, covering security and data integrity; upload and manage cases in qTest.
• Lead integration testing, defect triage, and work with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support data migration, mapping, validation, and cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure successful job scheduling in Production.
• Maintain traceability and compliance documentation for all integration, testing, and defect management activities.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong SAP functional analysis and integration experience.
• Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management (qTest/JIRA).
• Stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience with data migration and post-go-live support.
• Knowledge of SAP integration principles and architecture.
