We have been engaged by an established organisation who are looking to engage 2 x SuccessFactors HR Data Analysts to join them on an initial 12mth contract basis - with a daily rate of up to $1020.00 per day (inc of super)

You will be joining a multi-year technology-enabled transformation program that aims to simplify, streamline and transform key people management services. The program will deliver functionality through several releases and a large multi-disciplinary team.

The role would suit Data driven SF consultants that enjoy being part of multi cultural teams.

The role:

• Support the development of the Data Management and Migration Strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
• Support the development of data migration designs and plans
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of the program’s data reconciliation framework
• Interact with subject matter experts and internal department stakeholders to understand and document legacy data requirements and relevant data extraction criteria
• Contribute to data profiling activities and provide guidance to service and support units around source data cleansing activities
• Engage with the Functional stream and solution implementation supplier to understand target state solution design and business rules

Must have:

• 5yrs’data analysis and data migration experience, ideally in large organisations
• 3yrs’data migration experience with HR data sets within HCM systems (employee, position and org structure data domains) preferably with payroll experience
• 3yrs experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), S/4 HANA
• High attention to detail and strong documentation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

• Demonstrated experience developing source to target mappings and transformation logic documentation
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience with SAP Payroll
• Proficiency with SQL
• Experience with Agile/Azure DevOps
