We’re looking for a highly creative, energetic, and organised Marketing Coordinator to join our Brand and Marketing team.

In this versatile role, you’ll support the implementation and delivery of Marketing campaigns and projects for flagship events including Rooftop Movies, FRINGE WORLD Festival, and other special events. You’ll have your hands on everything from content creation to campaign delivery, social media, email marketing, design, signage, on-site activation, event documentation and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate will be someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and is hungry to grow within the WA Arts Marketing space in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply creative role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing & Campaign Delivery

Support the strategic development and delivery of communications and integrated marketing campaigns for Rooftop Movies, FRINGE WORLD Festival and other special events.

Content management and creation for websites including fringeworld.com.au rooftopmovies.com.au and artrage.com.au, in addition to the Fringe World App.

Coordinate organic and paid social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Working with internally and externally managed campaign channels.

Schedule and manage promotional EDM’s (via Mailchimp) and develop persuasive copy and art to drive audience engagement and maximise sales conversions.

Delivery across key audience-focused campaigns such as Fringe Friends Memberships program, Fringey Offers engagement program and the Fringefeed News and Reviews platform.

Support Photography, Review and Artist Advertising projects consultation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate the documentation of events and activations including liaison with photographers, videographers, influencers, publicists and media outlets.

Work closely with the Programming team to help promote the diversity of the Festival program.

Undertake other duties assigned by the Management Team, which might reasonably be deemed to be within the scope of the role and having regard for the skills and qualifications relating to the successful applicant.

Brand, Content & Design

Design impactful and brand aligned assets for digital and print use using Adobe Creative Suite.

Generate creative concepts and produce a number of internally led publicity shoots.

Support the Marketing Team with site-based activations including Partnership Activations, Food and Beverage Activations and other special initiatives.

Design and maintenance of sub-branded Canva templates and asset suites working to support seamless public facing communications across all departments.

Logistics & Support

Maintain marketing databases, media contact lists, and communications calendars.

Manage public-facing and stakeholder focussed listings for all upcoming events and projects.

Assist with sponsorship deliverables and promotional integrations (logos, signage, activations).

Maintain marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency across all material touchpoints.

Assist with the marketing department deliverables for key specials events such as the FRINGE WORLD Annual Awards Ceremony, media call and key launches.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Ideally 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or content creation role.

Excellent writing skills, with a flair for persuasive, on-brand creative storytelling.

Experience in graphic design for both digital and print media (Adobe Creative Suite).

Strong understanding of social media (Meta/TikTok) in a campaign or sales context.

Highly confident using website CMS platforms (Craft CMS or similar).

Experience with email platforms (e.g. Mailchimp), including creation and scheduling.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Application Suite.

Confident juggling multiple tasks and deadlines with great organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience using project management systems (Asana, Mondays or similar).

Arts industry or Festival/Events experience is highly advantageous.

WA Driver’s License (C Class).
